Standard Back-In RV Concrete Sites. All rates include two (2) people. Each additional person is $5.00 per day or $100.00 per month. Maximum of four (4) people per site total.

Long term visitors are billed on a month-to-month basis. For monthly guests, electric is metered and billed at only $0.08 per kWh! A $200.00 electric deposit is required for all monthly stays. At the completion of your stay, the $200.00 electric deposit will be applied against your final month’s electric bill, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
In addition to free Wi-Fi, we offer a 10% discount to military/veterans of the Armed Forces, and members of T.A.C.O. Valid membership numbers and ID must be presented upon arrival to receive the appropriate discounts. Discounts only apply to the daily rate, as the weekly and monthly rates are already discounted.
